A great value, easy-to-grow, multi-headed variety, producing masses of golden flowers with large, dark, central discs. The bushy plants are ideal for border or container, and were still blooming at the end of September in our trials. Flowers mid July-September. Height 60cm (24") in pots, 60-80cm (24-32") in a border. HA - Hardy annual.
Growing Information
Sow the seed thinly into moist, warm, weed-free soil or in compost in pots or tubs, 13mm (½") deep. Germination 7-21 days. As the seedlings grow thin in stages to achieve a final spacing of 40cm (16") or one per container. For early blooms sow indoors in April, carefully acclimatising to outside conditions before planting out mid-late May. Grow in a well-manured soil in a sunny position and keep moist.
