At The Seed Company by E.W. Gaze, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, and place them securely in the original shipping box.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, covering any old barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once the items are inspected.
